Before joining Milliman, Astrid managed client relations in the French office of a magic circle law firm and advised fee earners and a partners across the marketing and business development remit.

Hannen Beith is Company Secretary and Administrator to The Institute of Mentoring. Prior to his current role, Hannen was an Adjudicator at the Law Society for 11 years, a Deputy District Judge and a managing partner of his own law firm in the UK. Hannen was originally admitted as a Solicitor in 1980, having been awarded a scholarship by the Law Society and began his legal career in-house in the public sector.
