MENTORING
Mentoring has always been at the heart of the practice of law. It has in the last ten years evolved much in the same way as coaching has evolved to become a mainly non directive type of developmental support.
Mentors need to respond today lawyers’ strong aspirations of developing to their full potential personally and professionally by fulfilling their roles as mentors with the mastery and self-awareness that are expected from them.
We have deep and unique experience of mentoring both in the theoretical aspects as well as in the practical applications of it in the legal profession. We have in the last ten years helped international organisations design and run international mentoring programmes across over 30 jurisdictions.
The man focus of our work is currently on helping senior professionals build the essential leadership competencies and mindsets that they need to be effected and respected mentors in their organisations.
